Green Lab Welcome to Jessica Green's Lab at the University of Oregon and the Santa Fe Institute. We are located in the Center for Ecology and Evolutionary Biology in Pacific Hall on the Eugene campus.
Our lab applies theoretical, computational and empirical approaches to study biodiversity and biogeography across life's domains. We are particularly interested in the causes and consequences of microbial diversity across the surface of the Earth, and exploring patterns and principles that may be common to microbes, plants and animals. We use interdisciplinary approaches at the interface of environmental genomics, ecology, phylogenetics, mathematics, and informatics.
